1- Divide your hair into sections to ensure a thorough application. Start by applying a small amount of oil to your scalp, using your fingertips to massage it in circular motions.
2- Then, work the oil through the lengths of your hair. spend a few minutes massaging the oil into your scalp to improve blood circulation and promote hair growth. Be gentle but firm in your movements.
3- Wrap your hair to create heat, which promotes better penetration. Allow the oil to sit on your hair for an hour or even overnight for a more intensive treatment.
4- After the desired time, wash your hair with a mild shampoo to remove the oil. follow up with conditioner as usual.
