If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and you must return the unused portion within (21) days from the date that the product was originally ordered for a full product refund (minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee), The item cannot be less than 75% used for a full refund, otherwise, a partial refund will be issued according to the following terms.
