If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and you must return the unused portion within ninety (90) days from the date that the product was originally ordered for a full product refund (minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee), according to the following terms. To obtain a full refund, your return must be approved and postmarked within ninety (90) days from the date that the product was originally ordered.
